Frequently Asked Questions
How much does therapy cost and what insurances do you take?
I accept Medicare and Medicaid in Colorado. For all other insurances, I provide a superbill for you to submit for out-of-network reimbursement. Sliding scale rates are not offered at this time.
1-hour session: $150
1.5-hour session: $225
How long will I need therapy?
The duration of therapy depends on your goals, symptoms, and the impact of your mental health on your daily life. After our first session, we will create a treatment plan to better understand what to expect.
Do you have an office where we can meet in person?
No, this is a telehealth-only therapy practice.
What if I don’t have any trauma or my relationship isn’t struggling, can we still meet?
Absolutely! While I specialize in certain areas, I am happy to work with you on your individual goals and symptoms.
Are you pro- or anti-divorce?
Every relationship is unique. My stance is pro-relationship, and I support couples until they decide otherwise. However, in cases of abuse, I am pro-divorce.
Are you LGBTQIA2+-affirming?
YES!
How do you feel about open relationships, poly, consensual non-monogamy, etc.?
I fully support them. Let's ensure solid communication and clear boundaries and that everyone feels safe and supported.
Do you work within a particular faith framework?
No, I do not bring my personal faith into therapy. You are welcome to bring your faith into our sessions. I aim to be a supportive tool for you, regardless of faith.
